I have a friend that constantly "likes " things on Facebook. I will ask him why he liked something. He replies " I just pushed the like button" go figure!

That is a classic example of why likes mean nothing. That is why I am very selective is saying I like something without reviewing it first. I think it is interesting when I post a link and people like the link seconds after I posted it. I guess they figured I do not notice that type of stuff, but they are wrong.

Sometimes, liking a pic, or link is a way to show support for an individual within a group.
A lot of civilians are very soft and easy to upset. They need emotional support.
You will notice most of them are not like us. I think adversity has hardened us a bit.
I view it as customer service. My words do not fully explain my thought pattern on this subject.
