Seems this debunks much of the Trump Russia conspiracy. Of course when the Steele Dossier first surfaced State Department officials flagged it as suspect. There is no Russian embassy in Miami was one thing that tipped the State Department off. The press was eager to savage Trump and they were set up like the useful idiots Stalin loved, and apparently the FBI does also. So the FBI, CIA etc had no problem selling it to the media.
