It appears they've done all they can to sabotage themselves; they don't need any help from the previous administration. This idea that there's somehow a lingering conspiracy to make them look bad is unfounded. They look bad because they've covered up a lot of unsavory stuff and said a lot of stupid things.

No it is completely well-founded. The "Deep State" does exist and is thriving.

Complacency helps ensure the death of the Republic and a return to some form of totalitarian state - the predominate form of government for thousands of years except for brief interludes like ancient Athens and now the American Experiment. But the motivations that formed the United States are lost to history and the great leaders that wrote the Declaration of Independence, the Federalist Papers, the Constitution are no more. In their quest to beat down and quash all opposition, the left would have you believe America was formed by a bunch of racist angry white men. That is the big lie.

The left will lead the misinformed and brainwashed to the promised land of a workers social paradise. In the age of Globalism this has evolved to be a single world government with open borders and where the concept of nationalism or national pride is suppressed.

Just as Nikita Khrushchev (http://www.azquotes.com/author/7985-Nikita_Khrushchev) threatened, the left infiltrated the schools and colleges and defeated us from within. You may be a product of that program.

Karl Marx and Lenin strategies were also to overload society so that democracy would fail. They wanted to create chaos and disorder. They deliberately seek the state to fail so they can erect a Socialist Fascist state they alone control. See the book Animal Farm.

This is why the left hates the U.S. Constitution and the concept of Federalism. Federalism gives power to the people at the state and local level. Globalism elevates all power to the highest level possible far beyond the ability of the average citizen to have influence. Under Federalism everything is not supposed to be forced into conformance with some top down imposed uniform standard across the entire country. It is supposed to be different at the local level so that local needs and concerns can be addressed.

Saul Alinsky rules for radicals (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_for_Radicals) comes in with rule 13: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions." This is exactly what Democrat "Deep State" people are attempting to accomplish against their target Trump. They are not loyal to the U.S. nor do they respect the outcome of the election. They only are loyal to their ideology and that ideology is fundamentally anti-American.

That was a rather long and in-depth discussion which did nothing to prove the allegations presented nor refute the fact that the current administration cannot seem to get out of its own way. You did manage to sneak in a barb at me though, so bravo there.

When the Clinton Administration ended, the staff changed keys on typewriters and other sophomoric pranks. This is the first time I've heard of an outgoing Administration attempting to sabotage their replacement. It seems that they are so focused on their agenda that they fail to realize they are sabotaging America. Then again, maybe they know precisely what they are doing...

PVT James Strait - And in the end our nation is the less for it. They would trade all that has been accomplished over the past two centuries for political ideological beliefs that go against the Constitutionally elected government. Your chance will come in four years, and you all know how that will turn out if Trump is able to fulfill his promises.

Our contingency was up at Alpena ANGB, Alpena, Mi. While our main runway was being redone. we were defending the northern tier.
We were getting ready to shut down and redeploy. I had the ovens and the other equipment practically
Spitshined from top to bottom. We had pulled all the racks out and loaded tbdm in a van and taken over to the flightlined and steam cleaned.. the Lt Col. From Property mgt. for the ANG. Checked over all we had done and signed off with an outstanding for taking care of the equipment. Then he informed us the Equipment was going to be scrappped for salvage, well some was. Now it will be good enough for resale for use or donation to Charitsble org. We saved the ANG about $25,000 dollars. For equipment that they were gonna possibly scrap and take loss on. Now they,ll see a little S'thing in the cash box.. two weeks later we received a nice certificate from the comptroller general of the M.A.N.G.(Michigan Air National Guard. our Colonel said he was proud of us but at the same time to do what is expected of us when entrusted to take care of Government equipment property in our care.. it comes from a lot of budget cutbacks... getting that extra mile out of that 45 year old baker oven with the manual steam injector valve.. we had proofing cabinets that were 30 years old.. we were always keeping them clean and operable to get up to temp in minutes From the time we turned them on.. we'd ordered valve seals for them and had Base turn us down.. they could get them but the equipment repair cost more than what they were worth. (Manpower costs). One of our Sergeants knew s'body that knew s'body.. he took an old seal and came back with a box of 12 and the tools we needed and we put them on ourselves.. he called s'one and the checked the work and certified them for use.. we had new cords and plugs and the door seals were almost new.. later a
Inspector from base property came & checked them over and said they were taking them.. We told them we used that equipment, everything works fine.. he said it'd. Be sold at auction whatever base gets out of it will be credited against budget for our new new equipment.. that we'd be getting in about 6 months. The AF decided we'd shown great stewardship in caring for and keeping operational equipment that should have been gone yeas before
That we deserved first takes on new state of the art Cooking equipment worth over $200,000
Of course the government is overcharged for what it purchased..
We did FOIAs on the purchase of the equipment and it was it's actual
MRsP... everything we 'd get is new.. and it was, it worked fabulous.. at least while I was there.. we had a few that were not as careful that came to work in our kitchen. A civilian Cook that transferred from Fort Eustis was not a caring Person.. i told her this is not the Army, we treat our equipment with respect to get a long life out of it.. "yeah, I hard about you guys, seriously you had a
Baker oven 45 yeas old that ran like it did when new? No wonder people like my son are laid off .. you take too good care of stuff!" I heard her say it, others did too.. I wondered if she was careless on purpose so those at Fort Eustis were always calling contract repair-
Men all the time .. I don't need people like that in our kitchens ..
nowhere!

There's no excuse for being abusive to equipment the government entrusts employees to be stewards of.. When I read of what those people did during the Clinton regime. I wanted them to be making Little Rock's out of big ones and paying room & board while they're in prison! That's no way to be an example to young people. I hoped that young people didn't emulate people such as that.
