We saw this happen in New York and the judge swore in with a Koran, big whoop.

I don't think the Pres is a Muslim and if he was, who cares?
I do have a problem with every appointee being the first "insert label". I would rather it say that the Pres nominated Abid Qureshi due to his confidence in Judge Qureshi's legal acumen and commitment to justice.
