All of the guns used in recent (5 years) mass shootings were purchased legally. As you stated, I haven't seen any statistics that criminals use gun shows to proliferate weapons. Additionally, if they're unlicensed dealers then what they are doing is already illegal and is what is needed is enforcement of current law.

Well First of all there is no such thing as an unlicensed online gun dealer. Guns advertised must be transported to a FFL holder, or sold by, or to an FFL holder. Second every state in the union has provisions that require the "gun and knife show" people that they have the proper authorization to sell fire arms and those states are allowed by the Constitution to regulate who they sell them to. THIS IS STRAIGHT UP 100% BULLSHIT end run around the second amendment. This has no effect on the manner that people get illegal fire arms this is the federal government telling me that my fire arms are not my property and I cannot gift them to any one.
