Obama is engaged in word gymnastics to try to defend an indefensible record. Terrorists do not identify by nationality. They identify with a cause/ideology. In this case it happens to be radical Islamism. Their point of birth or citizenship does not matter to them, it only matters to people asleep at the wheel such as Obama or other world leaders involved in trying to make themselves feel better and not protecting Americans.

"Foreign" terrorists and terrorist organizations are inspiring and directing people to perform terrorists acts against Americans (and other westerners), in America or wherever they present a target. You can throw around "foreign" if it makes you feel better. Someone being born here matters not one bit. It is ideologically driven not nationality driven.
