Reversal Of Presidential Pardon Analyzed
President Bush took the unusual step of reversing a pardon he issued a day earlier. Bush pardoned Isaac Robert Toussie on Tuesday but changed his mind after learning that Toussie's father had made large donations to the GOP.

A President apparently can undo his own pardon based on evidence of potential impropriety; however, he can't undo the pardons of another President. That would be like double jeopardy for the accused. Not to worry, History will remember what a POS Obama is and he will not be regarded favorably.
