Watch the President without the aid of a teleprompter talk around a question without ever answering it. He avoids the core question with as much dexterity as any politician. He wanders off talking about ISIL without a glance back at the question and example presented.

CPT Jack Durish - Well, I do agree with POTUS on this point: This issue has become so divisive that ANY legislation will be ill-received and twisted.
