A1C (Join to see) It isn't always the case that a POTUS or VPOTUS has been present at a Justice's funeral. Of the last seven Justices that passed four of them have had either POTUS or VPOTUS present. VPOTUS Biden will be in attendance at this funeral. I think he should attend if his schedule allows for it, as in he's addressing matters of State, it would be dishonorable to play golf during the funeral of a U.S. Supreme Justice.
