Making it harder for them to get "Assault Weapons" isn't going to do the trick. I'm pretty sure it's harder to learn how to fly a 737 than it will ever be to get an "Assault Weapon".

SSG Patrick H. Are they kidding? This is what our representation has devolved into. It does not surprise me that the United States is losing its standing with the world. We have people dying, and the politicians are arguing semantics? This is so stupid. I do not think that Mr. Obama, Mr. Ryan, Mr. McConnell, or any other "elected official" has a clue about this situation. They tie the hands of the U.S. Military with Rules of Engagement that would work against a foreign nation, but won't work against an organization that is not a nation state. They argue about who to blame, and they plot how they can turn it to their political advantage. He does make a valid point in the speech about immigrants. The Orlando fucktard was born in the U.S. I go back to this. The Muslim Community comes out when something like this happens and say "Do Not Judge all of us by the actions of a few." I reply with "I will not judge all based on the actions of a few, but you need to pay attention to your own folks. When you see that a member of your community is exhibiting behaviors that are counter to America's ideals, you need to come forward before it is too late."
As for Mr. Obama talking about the shameful treatment of America's citizens by its government, and civil liberties, and his dedication to our freedoms, what a lying sack of shit. He has done more in the last seven years to trample our constitutional rights than the previous three administrations combined.

PO3 Steven Sherrill Just out of genuine curiosity, can you cite examples of our constitutional rights being "trampled" in this administration vs say, under the GW Bush administration?
