The speakers in this advertisement are struggling to tell the story. Still needs work. Yes, we are diverse. Let's not let diversity be the rule. Let's be open to allowing the best and most qualified for mission success fill the slot. As long as you come to serve selflessly and to forward a social agenda

Why not let diversity be the rule, that is what the Constitution requires. If yo want to make exceptions you damned well better be able to prove that they are necessary.
