PV2 Larry Sellnow - Sure they're going to lose. It'll probably take years, and cost the taxpayers a bundle.

Poor maintenance and aging equipment causes accidents. This is going to be a healthy payout and a massive clean up.

The RR is in deplorable condition and there were 2 warnings that were ignored before it derailed.
