Why in this day and age do we still have people letting themselves be filmed doing things that could get them in trouble. Yesterday it was a fast food employee making a sandwich with a bun they had smeared on the floor and today its a Warrant in uniform at a rally.
Apparently he is on terminal leave but that is still no excuse.
If you were his supervisor and he wasn't on terminal leave, how would you handle it?

He can't make any political comments but yet he has an army uniform on and he is at a demonstration. I believe that wearing the uniform at said gathering is a statement within itself.

He's wearing the rank of a CW2, not sure where anyone got the idea that he's a CW4. Given all the circumstances surrounding this particular issue, if he were still active duty and worked for me... I would explain to him why what he did was wrong and get his assurance that he would never wear his uniform to another protest while he was active duty.

It shows how little respect he has for the Army by protesting in uniform. Hopefully, he is on terminal leave. We don't need guys like him around.
