I'm Native but not sure about this. It may open a can of worms like drag queen regalia, trans costumes, etc.

I say EVERYONE gets one piece of "flair" (within decency standards - no pot shirts or middle finger pins). If you want your one piece to be some sort of tribal regalia, fine.
