Oncor Announces Planned Power Outages Across Texas

First time since I have moved here in 1995 from the Midwest that I have seen the whole state impacted via the Electrical Grid........brrrr....it is cold in Texas! The electrical grid that serves the state of Texas can operate independent from the national grid for the most part but I am sure it has tie-ins to other states.
