Excellent article about the obstacles faced by vets trying to enter and negotiate the web of VA services. Even a completely 'normal' person would find it difficult if not impossible to learn of and access legal help through any source without personal resources. How many homeless vets have ever heard of the legal aid program(s) mentioned in this article? Not many I would imagine. Very frustrating to say the least.
