Why are the Republicans not following there own precedent? They refused to allow hearings, much less a vote, in 2016. Now you want to paint the Democrats as the hypocrites when they are just wanting the Republicans to follow their own precedent. What a crock.

Because they had the power to do so then, and the power to do so now. Do you really believe for a minute that they will let this opportunity pass by? They blocked a Democrat POTUS from replacing a conservative Justice, which was the intent from the beginning, had Hilliary ran a better campaign, it would be she who got to pick 3 justices, because RBG would have stepped down long before this. As Obama once glibly said, elections have consequences. If they do NOT try to replace her, they will lose my vote. Further, you know as well as I do, a republican POTUS with a Democrat controlled senate, that the democrats would block the appointment. This is politics. all of them are hypocritical.

How soon we forget.
It was the Republican Senate that refused to consider a nomination for SCOTUS in an election year!

Because they had the power to do so, do you think for a minute that if the situation was reversed, that democrats would have done it differently? especially since a democrat was going to replace Scalia, a conservative Justice. Politics MSG, you can rage all you want, but A pick will be made, and will be appointed.
