Given a choice of enforce the law, correcting the law when needed, vs simply ignoring the law, the Left seems to prefer ignoring it. That's not my way and I don't believe it's the way of a free people.

Or...maybe they understand that neither side has what it takes to do the killing. What? Only democrat senators are in bed with big business?

In short, all these jobs that undocumented immigrants are leaving means vacancies for unemployed citizens and legal residents. If the unemployed don't start filling those vacancies, they can't blame illegal immigrants for taking their jobs, they can only blame themselves.

Not for $2.00 an hour. Can you live on that? I can't. A high school graduate can't. So keeping it at $2.00 per hour and then complaining "oh woe is me, no Americans are applying...guess I'll have to hire under the table..." Its planned.

PO3 Donald Murphy - So blame the employers and corporations for the "slave" labor wages that discourage citizens from applying. So no, I don't feel bad about any business practices that won't pay minimum wage to their workers yet blame government and I don't feel bad about any American who complains about undocumented workers doing jobs they aren't willing to do yet blame government. Bottomline, I don't feel bad for anyone in this situation.

I don't know. The story doesn't give me any reason to believe the "estimated 50 percent to 70 percent of farm workers are" [illegal aliens]. There is no source for that figure, and the accuracy is important. Is it assuming Trump would be 100% flawless in his efforts, and deport 100% of the illegal aliens? I don't think that's even possible. It also doesn't say anything about the potential for increased day-labor passes & green cards at the border to make up for illegals who might be deported. Finally, if I were to believe everything the article claims, the result would be 5-7% higher food prices. I just don't find that to be a scary number, and that's worst case.
