A fascinating point of view. I too was tempted to sleep through the 2016 election. Hillary was totally unfit for office and Trump was simply obnoxious. Also, I had little faith that a businessman could make the jump to politics. Management and leading are two completely different spheres of endeavor. Also, living in California, voting for Trump was tilting at windmills (still is). And yet, here I am again, voting for him. Why? I read the 2020 Democratic Party Platform.
