BLACK LIVES MATTER,tazers are not an option for Blacks . If the family happens to win a civil suit, guess who pays.....we the tax payers. Just so happens a law gets passed as to where murderous thug cops are held financially responsible for civil suits, I guarantee their will be a drastic decline in deaths.
