CPT (Join to see) Not plausible. No F Bombs? From a Staff Sergeant dealing with incompetence? Definitely not plausible. Sad thing is that the content has too much ring of truth to it.

4y USMC no issues. One inner post transfer in the army and both medical and dental records vanished. Luckily I keep extra copies.

Never had a problem with my medical records. My dental records is a whole other story.
