MemorialDay should not have happy in front of it , should a day of refection.

People often struggle to find the right words to say. And often people who say the most insensitive things seem unaware that they are being insensitive. Believe it our not, we all do it. And we have zero idea that we have are saying or have said something so offensive and ignorant and have no clue we said it or are still saying it. So, I hear their intentions and move on. If I have a relationship with them, I would educate. But ultimately, as an honor to those who have paid that ultimate sacrifice, I say “thank you,” and move on knowing that most people don’t know how to properly honor the freedoms that were paid by the shed blood of others but they are at least trying.
