Pillory the messenger is the best we can do?
I think we shall all find out by this time tomorrow if the Supreme Court takes the case.
He has a valid complaint, which the article doesn't try to refute, other than by saying other states did it too.

Only you're missing the point entirely. TX isn't alleging fraud. They're alleging that the states illegally changed voting laws before the election via executive orders or judicial action. Since the Constitution clearly states that election laws can only be changed by legislatures, it would seem they might have a point. We'll see if SCOTUS takes it up.

MSgt Michael Bischoff - Texas is hardly going to sue itself. And if Texas also changed their election laws outside their legislature, then yes, sure, they're hypocrites. But being a hypocrite doesn't negate the potential wrong done by the other states. Just makes Texas look bad.
