Eighty one percent of Democrats believe states should disqualify former president Donald Trump from presidential ballots. By contrast, 90 percent of Republicans believe states should keep Trump’s name on the ballot. Independents are more closely split: 44 percent believe states should remove Trump’s name from ballots. Trump’s appearance on the ballot is facing lawsuits in at least 13 states, including Texas, Nevada, and Wisconsin. The U.S. Supreme Court recently agreed to weigh in on the Colorado supreme court’s decision to disqualify Trump from the state’s ballot. The Court is set to hear oral arguments in the case on February 8

Where did they get that 80% number - from the DNC Congress members who they polled? A quick poll of the Democrats around Tennessee think the pollsters must be partying with Hunter to believe that nonsense.

I would still like to see where media gets that Trump is leading the GOP by a large margin. I know maybe one person that likes Trump in my GOP circle.

Lt Col Charlie Brown This will be a very closely watched and interesting case to see how the SCOTUS rules on this. Given that this is an election year if Trump is removed from the ballots that will give the democrats a huge advantage. This is all nothing but a way to get Biden re-elected so the left can continue to destroy our country.

I do not believe Trump being removed from the ballot would help democrats and in fact I think it would destroy them. Biden does not have the mental capacity to be president and taking away the 'anyone but Trump' option would destroy Biden's chances. I think Nikki Haley would destroy Biden.
