As a Mechanical Engineer Building/Mechanical Contractor I fear the Adoption of the Model Codes ICC UPC UMC UBC has led us astray we no longer live in a time of the Teeming Tenements of the 20's-30's with no basic sanitation now they want to require access to Electric And Water Sewerage when there are Known Proven Alternatives Grey Water Capture and reuse Composting Toilets Solar Panels and Alt Energy when there are alternatives all proven but not Approved this is an issue only likely to Grow as the Government wishes to Draw us buck into Urban settings and under UN 2030 force us into 220sf living accommodations...MilitantCrip
