Why are we debating/commenting on the justice practices of a foreign nation?

She is an admitted drug user. Seems to me that she has a problem making good decisions, maybe she does have the ability to become a doctor, if he basic decision making process is flawed, do we really want a person like that practicing medicine? Beyond the poor decision making, why would or should ones future prospects be a consideration?

Why comment? Her actions should be considered as abusive, quite possibly some underlying mental condition.
