Not a fan of HACKERS... a big aficionado of Cyber Security.

Capt Dwayne Conyers - Ok, There are White Hat Grey Hat and Black Hat Hackers. Hackers is NOT a BAD thing if you are preventing the problem. I belong to a Local Group that doesn't call themselves Hackers, They call themselves IT guys and a dozen other things but what we do is get together every month and talk about Hackers and Hacking. There are even entire organizations that come in and pay for our events because they are looking to hire us away from our current jobs! We share information and Yes you wouldn't want that avereage "Joe" to know some of this information but our Real Job is to THINK LIKE HACKERS..... It's actually Very Military. Think of the Rules in Sun Tzu's Book THE ART OF WAR. Then apply it to Computers....
Also regarding the Head Hunters that show up... (it's an open invite BTW) and apply this. Have you ever gone out for Dinner and drinks and have somebody else pick up your TaB and Offer you a $10,000.00 Raise? It's THAT Kind of Group!
