Who does this kind of crap? What sick twisted mind comes up with this? You can’t bring civilization to people who think this is perfectly acceptable. I am disgusted by this, and knowing how these countries are they will all get off and then blame the kid for their actions.

It breaks the law in the nation where it is happening , but some parts of Pakistan are both outside of any governments control and firmly entrenched it the 7th century
