For this reason I avoid AMC cinemas here in AZ...
REPORT: “Another option was Deltopia, a day in which many young people pour in from all over the state to have a spring break party on Del Playa Street. I figured this would be the perfect day to attack Isla Vista, but after watching YouTube videos of previous Deltopia parties, I saw that there were way too many cops walking around on such an event. It would be impossible to kill enough of my enemies before being dispatched by those damnable cops.”
That was a sampling from Elliot Rodger’s manifesto—a shooter who went on to kill three people in his Santa Barbara attack. Or take James Holmes, the Aurora theater killer who went out of his way to pick “the single theater where guns were banned and the victims would be defenseless”—ignoring seven much closer theaters showing the exact same movie.

Gun Free Zones are Killing Zones.
Statistically there could have been 16 people with Concealed Carry in the Pulse Nightclub.
Instead there were NONE.
It has been shown that the Aurora shooter passed by 5 theaters close to home that were not gun free. It has also been shown the College was in the process of kicking him out as an imminent threat, but dropped it when he dropped out.
The Tucson shooter was busted multiple times for pot, but never was reported to the FBI database to protect his future.
The VA Tech Shooter was involuntarily committed as a youth, but those records were sealed and thus he could by handguns.
The Santa Barbara was reported to the Sheriff's Department as being unstable and threatening, the Deputies did not even go in this apartment when they visited where they would have seen the guns,. extra magazines and his manifesto. He had also been under mental health treatment since about age 12, and California regularilly seizes weapons from non-connected people that MAY be a threat due to mental health issues.
In each of those cases there was information available that would have blocked gun sales, but it was not reported and so they passed background checks.
Could go on but the gun grabbers merely see those cases as justification for more gun control laws, ignoring the fact that what they propose would not sot the shooters anymore than Harry Reid's bills would have stopped the most recent.
