If you haven't discovered "streaming on the Internet" as an alternative to cable TV, you're not only wasting money but also missing some great programming. This one available on BritBox is well worth the $7/month subscription fee and there's a helluva lot more programming that comes with it, far better than most I've seen on American TV. Passing Bells is a story of two WWI soldiers, one Brit and one German. In the first episode you don't know which is which and you end up liking them both. Ordinary kids from ordinary families in ordinary towns who must learn to hate each other, enough to kill.
