Let’s face it: we are living in some pretty strange times right now. The world is on lockdown. Schools are closed, flights are grounded, public spaces are shut down, and the economy is shaky, and we’re going into a second or third wave of breakouts across the country.

But the silver lining of isolation is that there's now plenty of time to reconnect with what’s important. Using this time to disconnect and regroup can be bearable.
