Does anyone expect consistency from Pelosi???
I wonder what would happen if the Dems actually nominated a conservative, I don't think they could risk the Senate Republicans calling their bluff.
No one has any expectation that the President will nominate someone nearly as conservative as Scalia and it is certainly understandable to wait out until the election results are in.
