The problem is that there are some (many) who committed fraud and must be held accountable. Hopefully, the two right honorable public servants have factored that into their plan.

Smoke & mirrors I'm afraid. I'm ok with a blanket stop to collections if that's what it takes to protect the innocent from being further victimized, as long as the investigations into criminal activity moves forward to prosecute the guilty.
