Sounds like a couple of vets were trying to get that tax free pay one last time...
But seriously though, they should know better. Two unannounced congressman is going to cause a hell of a lot of Dog and Pony shenanigan's. Between VIP arrival, personal security, logistics, etc...
I appreciate that they wanted a moment in the spotlight, but doing it while the troops are busy as hell is not the way to go about it.
