Pentagon Slashes GI Bill Transfer Eligibility Window

It becomes a way of life for veterans! Not that I accept it, but after 23 years of off again on again with the benefits, it hardens the soul! I lost three good high school friends in the Vietnam war, and it saddens me to think the Pentagon would have been happier if more of us did not come home! A white granite head stone is way cheaper than GI bill benefits I guess!
