Pentagon watches talks in Korea

It will all be lies. Anything said by the North Koreans can be believed for only one thing -- whatever will advance their cause, they will say without regard to truth or commitment. And probably nobody in the North Korean delegation will have any true authority to make a decision anyway.

Anyone wanting to know more about how the government of North Korea really works should read the book Dear Leader by Jang Jin-sung. Jin-sung was in the highest echelons of North Korean government who ended up escaping North Korea in fear for his life. It's a helluva story.
