Unfortunately, the government has always changed the rules right in the middle to suit its needs over Veterans, this doesn't surprise me one bit. When I entered the military they promised if I retired honorably after 20 years or more of active duty I would get health care Free for the rest of my life. Then why am I paying for Medicare? They could have exempted veterans, but chose not to for the extra $$$. This is just another move to save $$$.

Think twice before signing a petition at this site for any cause. They harvest e-mail addresses... Use the White House petition site? Just a thought...
