This is crazy. I wonder how many law suits will be filed over this. Another reason NOT to vote Democrat. Always have there hands in your pockets. This story just floors me.

PO2 Mark Saffell If we were to impose a 1.5% tax on the Kool-Aid the Liberals continue to drink, we could probably pay off the national debt in about 3 days... :-)

It was bound to happen. The thing that bothers me is that they always say these things are for education, but in the end the money doesn't just go into one pot for education, it goes into the general fund and gets used for whatever, with only a portion actually being used for the state purpose.

Well, in New York State they wanted to limit the size of a soda you could buy, but your 12 year old daughter can get the morning after pill (or an abortion) without your knowledge or consent. The nanny state: we know what is best for you.
