This is the VA clinical program I'd wanted to use to be allowed to try to help with clinical research; apparently, when it was set up, research was excluded, as VA already had a specific volunteering mechanism in its R&D unit, so that was apparently expressly left out of this one, which is why I'm seeking an actual legal exception to VA policy to try to be allowed to make use of it for that specific alternate purpose, per se....
