Heh!
The irony would be if the delivery guy was working for Godfather's Pizza!
I can just see follow up articles: "He dint do nuffin!" "He was an angel!"
And here's a link showing a picture of Montel Smith, apparently one of the robbers, who is charged with second degree murder and robber in connection with this.
He looks mighty surprised in the picture. It's almost like he's thinking "But he wasn't supposed to shoot back!"
