After having seen and tasted what those creators have done with other "menus," I'm in no hurry to try this.

Yep. Leave the pizza alone. Give us more beef stew. I don't understand how hard it is to make a decent menu. Make chili. Keep the stew. Make chicken soup. Items that don't have to be adulterated beyond recognition to get them to keep. When soldiers say they want pizza, what they are really saying is, "Buzz off, we're pissed off." I don't think anybody seriously wants MRE pizza.
