Undercover videos have been used as indicated in the YouTube video by the media for decades. We have what are now called citizen journalist that run around with their cell phones recording the police and that's okay because they're public officials. Isn't Planned Parenthood a public known organization of prominence? That would mean that the two-party requirement for recording does not exist. Otherwise we would have stars on Hollywood Boulevard suing the paparazzi.

As a woman I believe abortion should be legal because we will be back to women getting abortions in back alleys if it isn't.

That said I also believe it should not be a form of birth control like it is today. Some women have multiple abortions rather than using a legitimate form of birth control. It needs to stop and the only way that will happen is with regulation. Once is a mistake. Three or four times is a pattern.

I keep hearing about "a women's right" from the left. I don't understand why no one talks about a baby's right to life. The right would have a much more powerful statement if they used it. In this country the government is suppose to protect the most vulnerable. That means the baby's right to life outweighs any "women's rights." Especially since the women know the consequences of their actions yet engage in them anyway.

I just believe there is middle ground here. If you want to see just how disgusting and despicable abortion can be watch the documentary about Kermit Gosnell.

CPL Earl Kochis Exactly. I still say the child has the overriding right to be born. It had nothing to do with the making. It's the result.

The Democrats really need to stay out of the Constitution because they're going to screw it up. Undercover videos have been used as indicated in the YouTube video by the media for decades. We have what are now called citizen journalist that run around with their cell phones recording the police and that's okay because they're public officials. Isn't Kamala Harris a public official? Isn't she a senator? That would mean is a prominent person in the eyes of the law the two-party requirement for recording does not exist. Otherwise she would have stars on Hollywood Boulevard suing the paparazzi.
