The Soviet D-30 Towed Howitzer. Enetered service in 1960. Still in use in numerous countries around the world. What makes this gun special? Three trailing legs allow it to be traversed 360 degrees, few other guns do that. I came across a link showing how we are refurbishing some guns for the Afghanistan Army.
