What goes around comes around...I don't personally know if the man's guilty or innocent...but he sure is quite old!

A 98-year-old Minnesota man is wanted by the Polish government for the alleged massacre of civilians during World War II.
Michael Karkoc is accused of serving in a division of the Waffen SS, and having command of a Ukrainian nationalist unit that slaughtered villagers in eastern Poland, according to prosecutors who asked for his arrest on Monday.
Prosecutor Robert Janicki said years of investigation had confirmed "100%" that Karkoc led a Nazi-affiliated group called the "Ukrainian Self Defense Legion."
The alleged Nazi war criminal has been residing in the U.S. since the late 1940s, though the Associated Press reported in 2013 that he lied to immigration officials by saying he had not served during the war.

I wonder if he would survive the extradition process? they may have missed their window to punish him, assuming that he is guilty.

The 14th Waffen SS Galizian (which Karkoc was apart of) as a division has not been found guilty of war crimes though the 4th and 5th SS police regiments had both committed massacres in the Ukraine and Poland in 1943 and 1944 they were not apart of the division when those massacres took place. both Warmacht and SS units could and would preform ethnic cleansing on their own initiative with out orders from senior command or the OKW.
