Since you no longer wish to deal in reciprocity with Federal Law Enforcement officials that should mean no more assistance to you either. Good luck running your agency without any Federal funding that any significant law enforcement agency in the country needs to remain viable. Cut them off from NCIS access as well as any other Federally supported programs to include FBI assistance.

On a side note, since Chief Basurto decided to issue his statement in Spanish only does that mean he is only extending his sanctuary status to those from South, Central and North America? What about those from the Orient...oops I meant Asia...and from any other part of the world? Are they just not part of the cool kids club?
