Funny you should say that. When I was there, back in the 80s, big bar room fights in the NCO club, or in Fayettnam, where almost everyone in the club got into it, were a normal weekend activity. I used to look forward to hearing the club fights report from my NCOs every Monday morning.

if you have never been to Bragg, then you know nothing about Bragg, then keep your comments about Bragg to yourself, I arrived at Bragg New Years Day 2001, stayed there for 11 yrs, and retired from Bragg, other military post have had incidences just as bad or worse than Bragg has ok, Ft Bragg has some of the finest soldiers in the Army and the world there, 82nd Airborne Division, Special Forces, and others and I have served with some of them and been a member of the 82nd, so do not generalize Ft Bragg as just another post, it is far from it and will never be just another post. It is the tip of the spear, and I know from experience they it supplies many soldiers who go on to become Rangers, Special Forces and the 82nd alone had at a minimum 5 MOH recipients. so yes Bragg has had it's share of bad publicity, but it is vastly overshadowed by our accomplishments in battle and our Humanitarian deeds as well.
