I like her message of accountability for self, which I believe is sorely lacking in society regardless of gender, socia-economic status, region, age, etc.
I like that she was not feeling bullied into doing something just to keep from being marginalized.
I like that she provide an alternative viewpoint from the consistent victim message being bandied.
I like that she stated her position without denying anyone their rights to do as they feel they must.
But then again, I am only a minority, orphan, victim of childhood abuse... what would I know about self empowerment.

I totally agree I too have so much that I could have blamed my childhood on but I made a decision to make a change and lead a great life and give my family so much more not just in material things but love and words of encouragement
