Oh yeah. This is one aspect of the Space war we keep hearing about. Bottomline, I’ve seen civilian tech that far surpasses what the military is using at the basic level.

There is so much stuff that people have just sort of become dependent on that could be easily disrupted by a malign actor. It doesn't even have to be an act of war, just mischief-making will do.
