On January 20, 1961, Democrat John F. Kennedy, the youngest elected President of the United States, was administered his oath of office at his inauguration by Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren. I always thought President Kennedy's inaugural and President Lincoln's second inaugural are two of the best speeches any President has given.
