I never knew he was elected to a Fourth Term. He was President during some of the hardest years in recent American History.

Difficult time for our country and the citizens did not want to risk a change in philosophy. Strangw.

Yes he was. I think he is the reason it was changed to two terms. From the same county as him Dutchess County NY.
